Contact form

Overview:

The Contact Form section provides customers a way to get in touch, while also optionally displaying store location cards and a banner image. It includes multiple content customization options and a responsive layout for both desktop and mobile views.

Section Configuration:

Setting	Description
Caption	Adds an optional caption above the section heading.
Caption Size	Sets font size for the caption.
Caption Weight	Sets font weight for the caption.
Main Heading	Adds a primary heading for the contact section.
Main Heading Size	Sets the heading size.
Main Heading Weight	Controls the font weight of the main heading.
Main Description	Adds a rich text description below the main heading.
Description Size	Sets font size of the description text.
Description Weight	Controls the font weight of the description.
Max Header Width	Sets a maximum width (as a percentage of page width) for the heading and description area.
Card Heading Size	Sets heading size used in each location card block.
Card Heading Weight	Controls the font weight of location card headings.
Card Description Size	Sets description text size in the location cards.
Card Description Weight	Controls the font weight of the card descriptions.
Banner Image	Uploads an optional image shown alongside the form.
Form Heading	Adds a title specifically for the contact form area.
Form Heading Size	Sets size of the form heading.
Form Heading Weight	Sets weight of the form heading text.
Form Description	Adds a brief paragraph of text above the contact form fields.
Form Text Size	Sets font size for the form description.
Form Description Weight	Sets the font weight for the form description.
Form Text Alignment	Controls horizontal alignment of text in the form content area.
Desktop Columns	Sets how many columns of location blocks display on desktop (2–4).
Mobile Columns	Sets how many columns of location blocks display on mobile (1–2).
Show Bottom Border	Displays a border beneath the location blocks if enabled.
Text Alignment (Desktop)	Controls text alignment for the entire section on desktop.
Text Alignment (Mobile)	Controls text alignment for the entire section on mobile.
Container Layout	Defines the section's horizontal layout: Page Width, Contained Content, or Full Width.
Corner Radius	Applies corner rounding to the section’s outer wrapper.
Color Scheme	Applies a color scheme to the entire section.
Top Padding	Adds space above the section. Range: 0–100px.
Bottom Padding	Adds space below the section. Range: 0–100px.

Blocks Configuration:

Block Type: Location

Each Location block represents a single card that appears above the contact form, typically used to showcase store addresses or branch details.

Setting	Description
Heading	Title displayed at the top of the location block.
Description	Rich text area to describe store address or contact info (supports HTML).
